The size says women's 5-5.5 but they fit more like a 6-6.5. I'm a size 7 and these shoes looked bigger than a 5.5 so I just slipped one one to get an idea of the size. They fit me but were just a bit tight. If they were a 5.5 I never would have been able to get it on. I didn't walk around with the shoe on, just tried it on sitting down to get an idea. Very lightweight, and breathable. Good running/training shoe.
