Rare XL Vintage Wedding Dress 1960s A very special, Edwardian revival/1940s inspired wedding dress from my personal collection. This dress is a perfect fit for a midsize girlie, SO rare for dresses of this period. A modest, demure piece with spectacular details; flowers embroidered around the skirt with scalloped borders, pintucked bodice. I think the dress is from the 60s, but it might be older with a zipper replacement. The cotton fabric is delicate and a little sheer, and the dress has a surprisingly flattering look when worn. I am sad to let this one go, but I need to make some room in my very full closet 😇 In spectacular condition, I didn’t note any flaws. Pictured on my size 4 mannequin which does not do her justice.
