NWOT SHORELINE Elegant blue fabric dress with intricate embroidery. Features vibrant embroidery thread details - bright colors with a tad of hand painted colors. Very soft dress 100% rayon. Size says one size plus ... it can fit all sizes up to XL. Measures armpit to armpit 18" and stretches to 25" - top of shoulder to length 40". Front of dress has a scoop neck with crochet trim and ties in front. The sides of the dress are a few inches shorter. Great dress for any occasion and a beautiful color of blue.
