Pleione Pleated "Curtains" Hi Low Skirt, Sheer Pleated Skirt With Lining

Adorable, different, Pleone pleated skirt! Navy blue, sheer pleated overlay skirt that is in two parts: there is a front panel, then there is a wrap around that starts at the front point of each hip. I've tried to show it in the pics, because it's hard to describe. The front panel comes to the knees, and the wrap around is lower, making a hi-lo skirt. Elastic waistband is kind of smocked, 1.5" wide. 100% polyester Waist 28" Length in front 22" Length in back 29" Does have some picks. I was able to minimize them, and because of the pleats, they are not obvious when wearing. I adjusted the price accordingly. They are difficult to photograph, so I didn't.
