J. Crew‎ TALL Off-Shoulder Silk Ruffle Top

TALL size- 4 or 4T. First more medium. I am listing as a Small. Shoulder straps (with snaps to secure bra straps) and ruffle off shoulder "Cold Shoulder" but more of a feminine flirty flowy look Not a deep black, the silk gives off a more dark charcoal black.
