Vintage royal blue cotton dress with long sleeves and a matching belt. Button front detail, large collar with ties, ruffle sleeve detail, shoulder pads and v-cut waistline in front and back. Really special vintage dress, has pockets, too! Vintage size 10, but I'd say it's closer to an 8 or maybe 6.
