MONOPOLY The Muppets Collector's Edition 99% Complete 2010 Missing 1 House

Complete except for 1 missing yellow house. Kermits top of guitar snapped off, but included in the bag. Money and cards are crisp. One card has a crease, one card has small stain on top corner. Very good used condition. All parts are bagged for safe transport. From a clean smoke free home. Board excellent, box shows some wear. Please see photos. Thanks for shopping with US!
