Vintage Holiday Time 11 Light Star Tinsel Tree Topper

Vintage gold tinsel star that goes on top of the Christmas tree. Everything intact except for 1 plastic ring around the light bulb. Lights did not come on, so may need a new fuse or light bulbs switched out. Would also be a perfect addition as any Christmas decoration. I believe this one is from the 90's? Says made for Kmart Corporation.
