ceciceci23 Are these over the knee? Thigh high style? Could you provide height of boot in inches? I also want to make sure the top of the boot has not been stretched. I have skinny legs

the4gotten @ceciceci23 The boot has not been stretched, they are new without box. The boots are 30" tall including the 2" platform. If pull up to the thigh, it will fit 14.5" to 19" thighs.
