Hey there what condition are these in? And are they EU size 39 or 40?

@kaldunski145 They are an Aus 6 which according to their size chart is an Eu 39 and a US 9. I wear US 8.5 and 9 and they fit more like a 9. They are in great shape for a used item, There are some slight creases and superficial scratches on the toes. If you zoom in you can see them. The soles are in very good condition with little wear
