These jeans are in excellent preowned condition. The fabric is 67% cotton, 31% polyester and 2% spandex. They are size 18 petite, the inseam measures 28 inches, the rise is 11 inches, the leg opening is 6 1/2 inches across and when you lay them out flat, the waistband measures 20 inches across and stretches to 22 1/2 inches across.
