AVA & VIV floral sleeveless dress in light blue, women's plus size 3XL. Waist is elastic, so it has stretch. I poshed this dress a few years ago, but never wore it because it was slightly too big, so I am re-poshing it. The tie strings have one tiny flaw (See photo).
