Here is a just finished, handmade pair of bloomers with pockets and generous lacey layered ruffles. These bloomers are linen & cotton blend. The waist is completely adjustable, just tie the string where it feels comfortable for you. Laying flat the waist measures 23”across. The inseam measure’s 24” and they are cropped and will hit above the ankle. Hips across laying flat measure 23.5”. Front rise 12” back rise 17”. It would be best to hand wash or machine wash on delicate. They will soften and fade with time, adding to the vintage look. These bloomers are regular size L and are meant to be worn baggy.
