These pants are in very good preowned condition and they come from a smoke free home. The fabric is 100% rayon. They are size small, the inseam measures 25 1/2 inches, the rise is 11 inches, and when you lay them out flat, the waistband measures 14 1/2 inches across and stretches to 17 inches across.
