This dress is size medium (8-10) and made by The Grinch. It is made with 95% soft polyester and 5% spandex and machine washable. The bust measures 16 1/2" across, the waist measures 15 1/2" across and it is about 36" in length. It has elastic at the back of the waist and two side pockets. it is new with tags, might have some wrinkling with shipping. Very cute dress.
