cbadeen @flipflops2 I would say slightly after looking at them in several different types of lighting and taking them outside to look at them in the sun, but for your reference, I laid them on top of my ivory coat with a sweatshirt that has an off-white base and pink shades of flowers on itso I really think it could go either way, but check the last photo for reference

cbadeen @pmorales0713 I posted measurements for you. The waist has a stretch elastic in the back which stretches from a 14 inch to 18 inch across so it gives an extra 4 inches in the waist if needed through stretching.
