lisahblanchard @tledd I noticed them mostly right above the bustline. It looks to me as if someone wore a necklace with the dress which might have caught on it. To be honest, I didn’t notice them at all when I purchased the dress, but saw them when I was taking pictures. I think they could probably be snipped off or pulled back through.
