Anthropologie Silver Bird Jewelry Holder

Elegant silver bird sculpture. Intricate feather details. Perfect for home decor. This is a jewelry holder that is perfect for rings or earrings, etc. I have had it for awhile but never actually used it. It does have yellow staining on it because of tarnish, but there is no marking on it to indicate if it is silver or what material it is. I assume it can be polished back to original look.
