I wish I had this Steilmann button up blouse back in the 1980s because it screams Preppy. Made from a blue satiny material decorated with a black fillagree flowery pattern. Buttons on the cuffs and the front are covered with a covered placket, thus you can't see the buttons unless you move the flap (see photos). Size tag is completely faded but it looks like a small.
