@rose210rose shoulder to hem measures 40 inches. Bust 40 waist 33 hips 42. The dress skims the body so these are the fabric measurements not tight to the body. The tie on the waist can be cinched smaller.

I added two additional pictures so the area to tie the skirt is visible. There is 3 additional inches in the waist.
