I used as display item only. Restaurant ware style dining accessory with pretty pink flower on both sides. Perfect for sugar packets of course, but also great for business cards, toothpicks, small utensils, make-up accessories, trinkets, etc. Maybe a vessel for small plant or succulent. Date code corresponds to production year in early 1980s. Pairs nicely with plots of Fiesta ~ Fiestaware (Rose, Peony, Ivory, etc).
