theresa_maggio I bought a Garmin Drive Assist 50 for the voice command and dashcam. When I got it, and tried out the "Voice Command" feature, it said "This feature is not available for United States in American English." Have you tested the "Voice Command" feature on this refurbished unit? If Voice Command and the dash cam and navigator all work for the USA, I will buy it in a flash. Please respond. Thank you!

amas81 @theresa_maggio hey. I never set this up (that I can remember) so I don’t think I’ve tested the voice command. I can take a look at it tomorrow and see if I can check it out if you are interested in it.

theresa_maggio I would buy it right now if you say that you tried out the Voice Command and it works for all items on the voice command menu. The one I bought have to return.... voice command works for some things but not others. For example it won't find an address, nor an intersection, nor a city. But it will find "recently found" and "categories". If I buy your Garmin tonight, I'd get free shipping from Poshmark, but that is not a big deal. It's my birthday party tonight but I will check for yr messages. TX

theresa_maggio P.S. All you have to do is say "Voice Command" and it offers you a rather large menu of things you can tell it to do. Find Address, Find Place and Find Category are the most important to me but they should all work if refurbished.
