Second owner (first owner wore it at Volunteer America)! Jovani couture with two toned overskirt. Placed top 10 at two national pageants. Had length let out an extra inch but no other alterations made. Fits me like a glove (bust 32, waist 24, hips 35, I’m 5’ 2” and wore 4” heels). Back of dress is a very low cut. Was going to turn it into a fun fashion but went in another direction!!! Price includes shipping!
