This 1980’s vintage Scott McClintok fully gathered floor length skirt features a matching knotted sash at the waistline and a fully tulle (crinoline) underskirt. This is a rare find with its unique waistline embellishment. Tulle has no callouts. Upon close inspection there is a tiny hole in fullness of the skirt that is only apparent when held up to light.
