I have two of these for sale as each of my kids wore one for a trip to Universal Studios, and then again for Halloween. One sweater has the tag cut off only because my youngest felt it was too itchy if he wore it without a shirt underneath, otherwise, the two costumes are identical. Each Includes a hooded cape, necktie, sweater and white collared dickie (dickies have never been worn). Size chart on Amazon says XL fit a child who is size 12/14. I would say that might be accurate for the cape but the sweater runs small. But as you can see from the Amazon stock picture, the sweater is not supposed to be a baggie fit. This is great as a Halloween costume, trip to Universal Studios, or simply for wearing around the house for fun. Measurements are as follows: Sweater: 21” long, 16.5” pit to pit, shoulder to bottom of sleeve cuff 27.5” Cape: 41.25” length, 21” pit to pit, shoulder to bottom of sleeve cuff 28” Please feel free to ask any questions.
