I made this little 1940s inspired tilt hat inspired by one in my collection. the base is black straw made by me. floral pieces are hand sewn into place. made to sit forward facing on the head, requires hair pins or hat pins to stay in place,not included in sale. listing for hat only. perfect for a vintage, pin up,or WWII or 1940s event. make an offer!
