forever 21 outfit items were sold separately but they are a set so im selling together new with tags jean halter top with zip closure in the back and blue jean mini skirt with cargo pockets. gold accents as pictured. i bought to wear out but its just not my vibe, im more of a hippie type the top retailed for 21.99 and the skirt was 30.00 they do have some stretch but i would say they are true to size its a very flattering outfit
