True vintage 1990’s perfection! Old school Amy Byer. Never worn. No flaws. Off the shoulder. Bell sleeves. Fitted bust/ waist. Flare swing skirt. Has lots of stretch. Original retail tags still attached. It’s a larger juniors size 16, but fits like a modern day adult XS or S best. (Mannequin is a size 4 for reference.)
