This has some stretch, but does have a zipper on the side. Super Cute! Juniors size 3. 92%Nylon/8%Elasthanne/lining is 100% Polyester. Hand Wash/Hang Dry. Made in China. CONDITION--This is in VERY GOOD Condition, still has store tags. ** When checking measurements, get a similar garment from your closet that you are happy with fit and lay flat. When measuring length( as long as not strapless), measure from where the top of the shoulder will lay. All the other measurements should be self- explanatory.
