Scala vintage sequin dress XL NWT

Reposhing this item I purchased from @decor8999. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. I love the dress but the sizing is way off. I usually wear a 10-12 this dress is an xl but I could even get it up around me. I’m sorry but this brand SCALA runs extremely small. Thank you! Also there is fraying on the straps. Questions?
