highlandthrift @tariona1113 thanks for your interest! laying flat and pulled, the elastic band stretches to 20in. pulled outward with it on, it measures out to about 40in. I tried it on for comparison reason and it fits fine and im a size 6/8 dress, 31in waist. this seems to run large and comfortable for a small. it also goes down to my feet when pulled up high on my waist, so its also pretty long as well (I'm 5'4)
