Nike Studio Pack - Flats with Workout Footies and Bands. I have this set in size 7 and 7.5 for the flats. Both of the footie inserts are size small. It is a dance/workout shoe set. You have the padded footie to wear in the studio or gym and can style with the bands. Then you pop on the flats to go outside. Paper instructions photographed are not included.
