Vintage 1930s silk velvet forest green floral floor length dress gown

I believe this is velvet, and silk velvet the original kind. It seems to be handmade. Selling a lot of other dresses and they are all from 1900 to 1940. The pattern on this makes me think this is early 1930s, but it could be the 20s I dont really know. This almost fits me and I wear a size 10 and dresses. Little bit too small on the top. Measurements are in the photos. It has a back zipper that goes all the way down to the top of your buttocks. It is a plastic zipper so this has been replaced at some point.
