Vintage Plaid Portland OR Lions Central East Side Yellow & Black Wool Vest Women's XL This cool vintage vest is handmade! It is plaid yellow, black and red, with a red interior. There is a large patch sewn on the back that says "Central East Side Portland", and an embroidered purple patch that says "Lions International." The imagery features Portland's iconic Mount Hood, some evergreen trees and a large pink rose, as Portland is known as the city of roses.
