Hi. 👋 it is adjustable. It is currently on the shortest setting and that is 38”. Which is a roughly 17-18” drop length from shoulder. The bag hits around your hip that way.

Sorry for the delayed response! Longest drop length is about 22.5”. The strap extends to roughly 45”.
