Vintage Silver Neiman Marcus Cream and Sugar Set in Box

Stunning set for cream and sugar from Neiman Marcus. What gets me is the amazing green velvet box! From my research I believe the set is silver plated but there are no markings so I’m not sure. Also can you even handle the adorable tiny scoops?!? Wouldn’t this be such a unique wedding present or new home gift! Or c’mon this would absolutely make tea time!
