@le_lewis Yes absolutely! Armpit to armpit is 23", bottom hem is 24" (adjustable with interior toggles) top of shoulder by neck to bottom hem is 25", arm length from shoulder (under ruffle) to wrist cuff is 26.5". Let me know if you have any more questions!
