@allison_lo thank you for your interest. The bag was purchased in 2016 at the Chanel boutique. Unfortunately for me, I’ve never had a chance to use it outside. It’s been a beautiful display in my closet. I would rate it 9.5 out of 10 since I removed the plastic film which was on the Chanel plate, but there’s no scratches at all.
