@arb3691 Hi! ptp is around 25.5" across. I do not see any color fading. I'm pretty sure i only wore this once, maybe twice. It no longer fits me now, so it's just been hanging out in my closet for a while lol. Let me know if you have any other questions about this item or any others in my closet. I'll be stopping at the post office tomorrow morning to drop off another sale, so if you purchase tonight I can drop this off tomorrow as well. Thanks!
