J Ferrar Men’s Size XL Black Leather Button Front Jacket Lined READ

Smoke free home. Size XL Jacket has one flaw on the back behind the upper back around the neck area. It looks like someone maybe hung it on a pole and it stretched out in that spot or maybe a steam burn. I am not sure. Jacket is is good pre-owned condition otherwise. Appears to have been well taken care of with typical signs of light wear and scuffs. Please see last picture for flaw I mentioned above.
