Killstar Galaxy Velvet Flare Leggings

Velvet and mesh!! bell bottoms. Used but very well taken care of. They have some stretch, nothing crazy. IMPORTANT: These were altered to fit me (I'm 4'11). There's a picture of the alteration and fit. You can't tell at all when you're wearing them, so cute.
