labels4less_ @ksfarmgirl07 I took it out of the box to take a couple more photos.(See last 2 photos). I would say like new, because the tag is still attached and it doesn't look like it has been removed. But it's a little frizzy because there's no hair net on it, and I'm not exactly sure what it's suppose to look like, so I'm not 100% sure. That's why I'm saying pre-owned. But I'm sure all the other ones are new.
