NWT CeCe Floral Top

Pretty floral top with ruffled sleeves and v-neck. It’s hard to see, but there are 11 fabric covered buttons down the front. Black with a pretty multicolor floral pattern Size S - poly/spandex I split time between 2 states so many items in my closet are not available year round. If you see something you like, get it as it may not be available after mid-January. My prices are already low, but most reasonable offers are accepted. Heavier winter items will be donated by end of December.
