70’s Velvet/Velour Maxi Skirt, Belted

Here’s a great 1970’s High-Waisted Maxi Skirt. It has a belt with a round, faux mother of pearl buckle. The black fabric is a thicker, velour-type velvet. There is a side slit (fashionable in the 70’s) on the right side, and a Talon Zipper in back, with a Talon Metal Hook & Closure. The skirt is labeled a Size 7/8, which aligns with a modern Size XS/S: A waist measurement of 13” across (skirt sits above natural waistline) and 18” hips. Approx. 41” long. The brand is TWCC and there is no fabric content label, but it feels like it could have some cotton in it. Last photo is of the back. EUC.
