This top is new without tags. I bought it at the end of last summer and lost weight since, so have never worn it. It's super cute!! Linen and viscose blend, with elastene for a bit of stretch. Zips up the side (but with the stretch, you probably don't need to unzip it) Machine washable. Per Anthropologie website, plus is 24" length.
