90s vintage folk art print midi dress

bought this while i was living in taiwan! soft lightweight material with a cute print, reminds me a lot of gudrun sjöden (hence the tag). button detail in the front and tie at the waist. brand is yvonne collection, fits like an american S imo; no material tag but i think it’s cotton. p2p: 19” waist: 17.5” (cinches with the tie)
