Fabric is like a satin textured taffeta. Selling as is for TLC. It does have some age flaws. The belt has missing rhinestones. It needs cleaning and has a yellow tint from age. There are two obvious small spots by the chest and one of the spots has a small hole. It seems to have been hanging in a closet since the 30's.
