Adorable dog costume hat with colorful pom-poms. The sombrero is straw with red trim. There is an elastic band to help hold it on the dog (or cat?) A few Pom-poms may be missing. It’s in good used condition. I don’t know the size but it fit my Pomeranian. Could also be used for a doll.
