It’s a pair of black ‘Beach’ shorts from Charlie, a premium gay swimwear brand by Matthew Zink. Features quick drying fabric in blends of nylon and spandex, a brief liner, stretchy waistband with tie cords, back cell phone pocket, and back YKK zipper pocket. Made in Europe. Worn but still in great condition. Comes in its original branded bag. Size XS fits a waist of 28” - 29”. Waist is about 11.5” wide when measured across but can stretch to about 16”.
