Do you have the measurements on the shirt. Want to make sure it xl and didn't shrink

It"s made from 100% polyester so no chance of it shrinking. I am 99% sure this was never worn - my husbands MO is to tear tags off clothes and hang them in the closet, and never wear them. If it was washed I ALWAYS line dry. Measurements are: pit to pit 25 inches, top of shoulders 20 inches.
